Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We use Australia Post for shipping within Australia, and aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Due to our location in regional Victoria it can take up to 10 days for delivery to some areas. 

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00, with free postage on orders over $150.

If you require your order sooner, we can arrange to send it via Express Post at an additional cost. Please contact us at hello@essentialalignment.au if you would like to utilise this option.  

Damaged/Lost Items

We will send a tracking number to your supplied email address once your parcel is scanned by Australia Post. If your package takes longer than expected to arrive, please use the tracking number to check the location of your item on Australia Post’s website. Contact Australia Post with any delivery queries, but if your issue is unable to be resolved through them, please email us for assistance. 

We carefully and securely package your order to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or otherwise faulty please photograph the goods and packaging, clearly demonstrating its condition, and email us at hello@essentialalignment.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will assess the case and work with you to resolve the issue. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you have purchased your goods from one of our stockists, please contact them directly regarding their returns policy.
